Our local supplier in Valencia, Spain takes about 7 business days to create it. After that, shipping usually takes 3 to 5 days to reach you in Europe. So give it around two weeks total. Good things are worth the wait.

At the moment we only do shipping in Europe, but our goal is to produce locally to serve customers all over the world.

We still do things a bit old school and fulfill every order by hand. It takes about 7 business days to create your shirt, sweater, or cap. Once it is ready, you will get an email with your tracking link so you can follow your package all the way to your door.

That said, we really hope you don’t need to. Each item is made to order just for you, which means returns don’t really fit with the slow fashion model we believe in.

Every return creates waste and RunRoots exists to avoid that. So if you’re unsure about size or fit, check our size guide before ordering, or drop us a message and we’ll help you pick the right one.
