At RunRoots we create every item just for you. No stockpiles, no waste — your shirt, sweater, or cap only comes to life once you place an order. That means delivery takes a little longer than big fast-fashion stores, but it also means you get something unique, made with care.

Production Time

• Each item is made to order in Valencia, Spain.

• Please allow around 7 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping Time

Once your order is ready, shipping usually takes 3–5 business days within the EU.

Total Delivery Time

From the moment you place your order, you can expect to receive it in 10–12 business days on average.

Some orders may arrive a little earlier, some a little later depending on your location and local postal services.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location.

We aim to keep costs fair while ensuring safe and reliable delivery.

• As soon as your order is ready, we’ll send you an email with your tracking information.

• We currently handle tracking updates manually — it’s part of keeping things small and personal while we grow.

Where We Ship

• For now, we only ship within the European Union.

• We hope to expand worldwide in the future, but we want to start local and do things right.
